Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Medicine and Health Research Methods at McMaster University. As an academic nephrologist and Senior Scientist at the Population Health Research Institute, his research focuses on improving outcomes for patients with glomerular diseases, vasculitis, and kidney failure. He holds leadership roles as the Chair of the Scientific Committee of the Canadian Society of Nephrology, the Chief Scientific Officer of GlomCon and the Provincial Medical Lead for Person-Centered Care at the Ontario Renal Network.
