GlomCon KDR Login: webapp-eu.trialkit.com/Pages/Signin.aspx

Logging in:

1. For first-time login, an email to sign in is sent to your registered email (confirm with your site admin):

   

2. A four (4) digit access code will be sent to your registered email for device/access validation

   
   

   1. If you wish to bypass this extra step for future access, you can check the Remember Device option

   

   
   

3. For first-time sign in, setup your date and time preference.

   

   
   

Patient registry:

1. Registering a patient can be done from the Patients tab or Patients Manager:

   

   
   

2. Click on Register New Patient to enroll your study patients
