Olga Yurchenko

Olga Bahlmann is a private equity and real estate investment professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning capital deployment, portfolio management, and strategic operations. She is the co-founder of Bahlmann Capital Group, where she oversees investment strategy, financial management, and organizational development across a diversified portfolio of real estate assets in New England.

Olga’s career began in investment banking and global management consulting, establishing a strong foundation in analytical rigor, transformation leadership, and operational effectiveness. She previously served as a Principal at Oliver Wyman, Managing Director of Transformation at RGS, Engagement Manager at McKinsey, and Associate at Credit Suisse.

As a Board Member at GlomCon, Olga contributes expertise in strategy, governance, and long-range planning to support the organization’s growth and mission.

Olga holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
